Delicato Family Wines Welcomes Alan Airth to Board of Directors

February 17th, 2026 (Napa, CA) — Delicato Family Wines announces the appointment of Alan Airth to its Board of Directors, further strengthening the company’s governance and long-term strategic oversight as it builds for future generations.

Airth brings extensive corporate board experience, including service on the Board of Mars, Incorporated from 2016–2025, where he chaired multiple committees and helped guide major acquisitions and portfolio transformation. He was the first non-family voting board member in Mars’ 100-year history, serving as a steward across multiple branches and six generations of ownership.

For more than a century, Delicato has relied on a diverse and experienced Board to provide oversight and strategic direction. As one of the largest family-owned wineries in the United States, Delicato remains grounded in its family values. Adding Alan strengthens that foundation, particularly as the wine industry continues to evolve and adapt to market conditions.
