Delicato Family Wines Transitions California Distribution to Breakthru Beverage Group

June 24, 2025 (Napa, CA) — Delicato Family Wines, a fourth-generation, family-owned company and one of the largest wine producers in the U.S. has selected Breakthru Beverage Group as its new distributor partner in California, effective September 1, 2025. The change comes as Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) exits the California market.

With the addition of California, Breakthru now represents Delicato’s winning portfolio of premium, super-premium and luxury brands including Bota Box, the third-largest wine brand in the U.S.¹, Francis Ford Coppola “Diamond Collection”, Z. Alexander Brown, Black Stallion, and others in five key states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Missouri, Nevada, and now California. This expansion reinforces a strategic alignment between Delicato and Breakthru, aimed at optimizing execution and growth in priority markets.
