Black Stallion Estate Winery hosted a memorable Valentine’s Day wine dinner at Ocean Club on Paradise Island, Bahamas, with 85 guests in attendance. The evening featured a gourmet menu, including Pan-Roasted Lobster paired with our 2019 Black Stallion Heritage Napa Valley Chardonnay, Pan-Seared Duck Breast with the 2022 Black Stallion Heritage Los Carneros Pinot Noir, and Snake River Farms Wagyu Striploin matched with the 2018 Black Stallion Transcendent Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert was a Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Tart paired with Black Stallion Encore Napa Valley Dessert Wine, perfectly capping off a night of exceptional wines and fine dining.
