Our 2005 Shiraz received a “Best Buy” designation from Wine Enthusiast magazine. This marks the sixth consecutive year that our Shiraz has been given this distinction!

November, 2006
Delicato Family Vineyards has been named the International Wine and Spirits Competition USA Producer of the Year for the third time.

The award was presented to CEO Chris Indelicato at the awards banquet at London's Old Billingsgate Hall on October 31, 2006.

"To receive this distinction for a third time is a great honor," said Chris Indelicato, CEO and third-generation family member. "My family has farmed vineyard land and made wine for over 80 years. That Delicato has again won the International Wine and Spirits Competition USA Wine Producer of the Year Award demonstrates that family-owned wineries continue to be a driving force on the world wine market."

Our 2005 Chardonnay was given the score of 85 points and a “Best Buy” designation by Wine Enthusiast magazine in their November 15th issue, which focused on wines that are great values.

October, 2006
Delicato Family Vineyards is nominated for American Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast magazine for their 2006 Wine Star Awards. Each year the editors of Wine Enthusiast magazine and Publisher Adam Strum honor outstanding achievements during the year in several categories. In 2006, Delicato Family Vineyards along with Clos du Bois, Harlan Estates, Quilceda Creek, and Rubicon Estate were nominated as American Winery of the Year for this prestigious award.
